Do you ever feel like your identity is built on what you do rather than who you are? In a world where our time, energy, and emotions are constantly pulled in different directions it is difficult to ever feel wholly present. In the midst of everything we face, our faithful God promises His peace and His presence. Where we feel scattered and overwhelmed He is holy, loving and waiting for us to rest completely in Him.
Join us here at RCF for two days of digging into God’s Word to learn about what it means to be Wholly Devoted to our holy God. We’ll laugh, worship together, enjoy three delicious meals + snacks, connect with other women, and serve alongside one another as we rest in the God of peace.
Our speaker Beverly Chao Berrus and her husband, Jason, live in Southern California with their three children. Jason is a pastor at Immanuel Church of Orange County. They previously lived in the Middle East. Bev loves encouraging women in their love for God and his Word. Beverly has written for She Reads Truth, The Gospel Coalition, Risen Motherhood, 9Marks, and Well-Watered Women. She contributed to the books His Testimonies, My Heritage and Refreshed: A Devotional for Women in Dry Seasons.
